Refund policy

This Refund policy is effective as of July 1, 2022.
Any term used herein shall have the meaning given to them in the Terms of Use.
  1. We will refund you the prorated Fees associated with the unused portion of the Services if we terminate the Agreement before the expiration of the subscription term of the Subscription Plan purchased by you, except for if the termination is due to the reasons provided in the Terms of usage.
  2. Tafafuel is a non-withdrawable asset. To start trading on Tafabot, a minimum of $25 must be in your Tafafuel balance. When you make a profit, a 10% fee will be charged to your Tafafuel balance, which will be automatically deducted from your Tafafuel balance as we do not have access to your actual funds.
  3. You are not entitled to a refund on Fees paid to us if you terminate the Agreement before the expiration of the subscription term of the Subscription Plan purchased by you, except for if the termination is due to a material breach of the Agreement by us as provided below, in which case we will the prorated Fees associated with the unused portion of the Services.
  4. Refunds shall be made in the same currency you paid with or its equivalent based on the refund date market rate. Upon your prior approval, we may provide you with a discount for future services, an extra subscription period or subscription upgrade with a significantly greater benefit instead of a payment refund.

  6. For receiving refund, you must contact support with a corresponding request. In this case, the calculation of the refund is done according to the formula: the number of months you used the Subscription at the full cost (excluding rewards) is deducted from the payment amount; any day of the calendar month is equal to the full month. For example, if you chose Subscription with annual payment and have been using it for three (3) months and two (2) days, you will receive a refund for eight (8) months of the Subscription (12-4). In the case where a reward has been applied to your referral, the amount deduction for the used Subscription time will be calculated removing the reward amount.
